Good evening Everyone,
This has been one hell of a week.
 My Patience has been tested in about a hundred different ways in the past 72 hours.
My youngest Son has now had his licence for a week and really...I will be calling my Mother in the morning to apologize for my entire young adult life!
 My poor Mother, I can't believe she still talks to me.
Then there is work.
I try to do the right thing, I think I'm a good person.
 Just because I say "My Bookstore" when referring to where I'm employed, does NOT in ANY way make me responsible for the cleanliness of our Oh so public restrooms!
 I know It's gross and It smells really bad.
 I'm sorry there is no paper towels and that your clothes got soaking wet from the poorly designed counter top.
 Really I am.  :)
 Did I mention there are no employee bathrooms?
Then there is the Head Honcho.
 He never sees when you have a Customer on hold, One standing in front of you waiting to ask where the Bathroom is and One Customer who has no manners, that interrupts you in the middle of everything to ask about a book they need right NOW because they are in a hurry!
 Oh but wait...
They have no idea who the author is or What the title might be?
" Hmmmm, but...It's on the New York Times best seller List, and could you Google it?  I think it had an Orange and Black cover".
Really?
So...With a smile, I do my best and to my surprise, I find the book, send the one with the crossed legs to the restroom and order the book for the poor guy on hold, because the computer says we have it, and after looking in 3 different places...we do not.
I do believe in the greater good and of course Karma.
 Why waste time on being bitter? I could be get really pissed and be a bitch. Where's that getting me?
Instead,  I vent to my friends and put it all into perspective. ( thank you friends!!)
Life is good.
 I got to see another Sunset.
 Because my youngest son made his friend take a picture of it on his phone so he could show me when they picked me up in MY car tonight. ( because I worked right through it).
It was Amazing!
Because a woman that I helped at work wants to write a letter to my boss on my behalf because I helped her so much and she thought I should be appreciated.  ( yea, like he'll ever tell me if he gets it!)
And because I can choose how I deal with my day.
Not everyone can. Remember as you go through your day. Not everyone has a choice,  for many different reasons.
 Everyone has a story.

I am very excited about my very first post! I feel a little silly I have to admit. 

 I'm wondering why anyone would pay attention to me, this blog or anything I have to say! 

This week 3 separate people told me that I made them feel better, and that makes me feel good. That's really what it's all about right? Making other people's lives a little easier, however we can.

So I guess that's why I decided to start my own Blog. I'm hear to listen, help whenever I can and connect to new people that I otherwise would never get the chance to talk to.

Hopefully I will make someone's day a little brighter, a little lighter and have fun doing it!
